Director of Wellness | Stage Senior ManagementDenver West Metro (Arvada, Golden, Lakewood or Littleton) | Full-time, exemptStage Senior Management is hiring a Director of Wellness for one of our locally owned senior living communities in Denver's west metro. We're building our bench, so the specific community will be matched to the right leader.What you'll doYou'll run the Wellness Department: resident assessments and care plans, leading and developing the care team, med cart and EHR audits, surveys, and partnering with families, physicians, home health and hospice. You'll report directly to the Executive Director and sit on community leadership.What we're looking forAn RN or LPN with an active, unrestricted Colorado license who leads by example, communicates well across a team, and loves working with the senior population. Prior wellness or nursing leadership in assisted living is a plus, not a requirement.Compensation and benefitsBase salary of $95,000 to $110,000 depending on experience, plus a 10% annual bonus paid quarterly on a scorecard you control.
