This is a high-autonomy leadership opportunity where you'll have meaningful ownership of clinical operations, quality, education, staffing, patient care, and financial performance.What You'll LeadOversee all clinical operations and patient care standardsLead the OR RN Manager, Pre/Post Charge Nurse, and PAT departmentManage hiring, onboarding, competency assessments, coaching, and succession planningOwn QAPI, quality improvement initiatives, CMS ASCQR reporting, benchmarking, and regulatory readinessDevelop and oversee clinical education, annual competencies, in-services, and new technology/implant trainingBuild staffing models and assignments based on the surgical scheduleParticipate in budgeting, cost-saving initiatives, clinical supply management, and hours-per-case metricsFoster a strong culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered careCollaborate with physicians, administrators, and sister centers to drive continuous improvementWhat We're Looking ForNurse management experienceExperience with orthopedic procedures such as total joints, sports medicine, hand, spine, and related surgical specialties a plusActive New York State RN licenseGraduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent BLS and ACLS; PALS preferredStrong knowledge of ASC regulations, quality standards, and patient care requirementsProven success building and maintaining high-performing clinical teamsStrong communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skillsBachelor's or Master's in Nursing preferredPrior ASC leadership and experience with CMS ASCQR, accreditation surveys, and QAPI strongly preferredWhy Consider This Opportunity?This is a chance to have real ownership and visibility over an entire clinical program rather than being several layers removed from decision-making.
