Key Responsibilities

Oversee all nursing department operations and clinical servicesEnsure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulationsLead, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure quality care deliveryDevelop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care standardsMonitor clinical outcomes and drive continuous quality improvementManage staffing levels, scheduling, and staff performanceCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident carePrepare for and manage survey readiness and regulatory inspections

Qualifications
