Responsibilities

As Director of Nursing (DON) / Clinical Nurse Manager, you will:Oversee clinical operations for skilled nursing and personal care servicesProvide leadership, supervision, and support to Registered Nurses (RNs), LPNs, and CHHAsConduct assessments, supervisory visits, clinical reviews, and documentation auditsSupport complex cases, including wound care and infusion therapyEnsure compliance with New Jersey home care regulations, Joint Commission standards, and agency policiesLead quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and survey readiness activitiesProvide training, mentoring, and professional development for clinical staffPartner with ownership to develop new clinical programs and expand skilled nursing servicesBuild relationships with referral sources and support agency growth

Qualifications
