Your work will help ensure that our standards are reflected in every assessment, every care decision, and every client experience.You will:Lead nursing operations: Oversee daily clinical activities and maintain high standards across personal care, private duty nursing, and skilled nursing services.Develop your team: Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff, fostering accountability, confidence, and professional growth.Champion quality and safety: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain Joint Commission readiness across nursing and nonclinical care.Strengthen clinical practice: Bring exceptional assessment skills and sound judgment to care oversight and patient needs.Turn insight into improvement: Identify opportunities to improve care delivery, implement practical solutions, and help the team achieve better patient outcomes.Build trust: Communicate openly with staff, clients, and families, bringing clarity and compassion to the care experience.What you bringWe are looking for a nurse leader who sets clear expectations, follows through, and brings out the best in others.Qualifications include:RN licensure: Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.Clinical experience: At least five years of clinical experience, with at least half in home health or a related healthcare organization.Leadership experience: Three to five years of direct employee supervision experience.Clinical strength: Exceptional nursing assessment skills and a demonstrated commitment to quality patient care.People skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and direct staff.Improvement mindset: A proven ability to build quality and implement operational improvements.Service orientation: A genuine desire to serve others and make their lives better.A bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.A mission you can stand behindOur Centerville team is grounded in Christian values and a commitment to positively impacting both the people we serve and the people who work here.
