This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, approachable nursing leader who enjoys supporting their team, developing staff, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.What You'll DoLead, support, and develop our nursing and clinical teamOversee the delivery of quality, resident-centered careEnsure compliance with Illinois Supportive Living Program requirements and applicable regulationsPartner closely with the Executive Director and leadership teamSupport staffing, training, clinical documentation, and quality initiativesBuild positive relationships with residents, families, and team membersHelp create a welcoming, supportive culture for residents and employeesWhat We're Looking ForActive Illinois RN license requiredNursing leadership experience as a DON, ADON, Wellness Director, Director of Nursing Services, or similar roleSupportive Living experience is highly preferredAssisted Living, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, or other healthcare leadership experience will also be consideredStrong knowledge of clinical operations, compliance, and resident careA warm, collaborative leadership style with the ability to coach and develop a teamSomeone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable being a visible, hands-on leaderWhat We Offer YouCompetitive salary of $100,000–$120,000 annually, based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance | Multiple plan options to choose fromPaid Time Off (PTO), 401(k) retirement plan, Disability coverageSupportive leadership and a collaborative team environmentThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents, families, and staffIf you're an experienced nursing leader who believes great care starts with a strong, supported team, we'd love to connect with you.
