Team members join a collaborative, patient-centered environment where holistic care and emotional support are central to daily work.Role Description The Director of Nursing is a full-time on-site role based in Twin Falls, ID, responsible for overseeing all clinical nursing operations for home health and hospice services. This role manages nursing staff, coordinates patient care plans, and ensures that policies, procedures, and standards of care are followed consistently. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising clinical teams, monitoring quality of care, conducting case reviews, and collaborating with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other interdisciplinary team members. The Director of Nursing will develop and implement infection control practices, support compliance with regulatory requirements, and lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes and staff performance. The role also involves mentoring and coaching nursing personnel, managing staffing levels and schedules, and participating in organizational planning to align nursing services with the company’s mission.Qualifications Demonstrated Nursing Management experience, including staff supervision, scheduling, performance evaluation, and policy implementation.Strong clinical Nursing and Medicine knowledge applicable to home health, hospice, and community-based care.Experience with Infection Control practices, including development, implementation, and monitoring of protocols.Background in Long-term Care settings or similar environments providing ongoing, comprehensive patient support.Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho (or eligibility for licensure), with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Knowledge of state, federal, and industry regulations related to home health and hospice care, including documentation and compliance standards.Proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to guide diverse clinical teams in a high-acuity environment.Experience in care coordination, case management, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support holistic patient and family needs.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with electronic health records and basic office software.Commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and promoting a respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory work environment.Must be able to pass a Criminal Fingerprinting Background a check as required by the State of Idaho.
