Director of Nursing (RN) – Orthopedic Surgery Center📍 Charlotte, NC Area💰 $100,000–$150,000 + BenefitsA growing Orthopedic Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an experienced RN Director of Nursing to lead clinical and perioperative operations. This role oversees the Operating Room, Pre-Op, and PACU while driving quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and team development.Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all nursing and clinical operations
• Oversee daily OR, Pre-Op, and PACU workflow
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and patient safety standards
• Lead quality improvement, infection prevention, and staff development initiatives
• Partner with physicians and administration to optimize patient outcomes and operational performance
• Mentor and develop nursing staff while fostering a positive team cultureQualifications
• Active RN license
• Surgical services leadership experience
• Strong orthopedic surgery background
• Experience within perioperative services (OR, Pre-Op, and/or PACU)
• BLS and ACLS (or ability to obtain)Preferred
• Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience
• Previous Director, Manager, or Nursing Leadership experience
