Job Title: Director of Operations & GrowthLocation: Miami, FL(On site)About the RoleWe are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Director of Operations & Growth to lead and improve the people, systems, technology, processes, and performance of a high-performing luxury real estate team.This is not a traditional administrative role.
