The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational performance, supporting senior leadership teams, and ensuring the highest standards are maintained across the portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic operational leadership across multiple luxury dining concepts, ensuring consistency and excellence across all locations.Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and commercial decision-making.Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and senior operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest operational and service standards.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, productivity, and profitability across the portfolio.Monitor key business performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve operational and financial objectives.Work closely with the executive leadership team to support business growth, new openings, and future expansion plans.Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and all relevant health and safety regulations.RequirementsProven experience in a senior multi-site operations leadership role within a luxury hospitality environment.Strong background managing premium dining concepts or luxury hospitality operations.Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams across multiple venues.Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and operational performance.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Highly organized with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and delivering world-class guest experiences.Willingness to travel internationally as required.Further details regarding this confidential opportunity will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the interview process.Further information regarding this confidential opportunity will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the interview process.
