The company’s mission centers on supporting people who push boundaries, compete, and challenge themselves, delivering hydration that keeps pace with their goals.Role Description The Director of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance across production, supply chain, logistics, and distribution. This role manages daily operational planning, monitors key performance indicators, and ensures consistent product quality and regulatory compliance. The Director of Operations collaborates closely with leadership, finance, sales, and marketing to align operational capabilities with growth objectives and promotional activity. The role includes managing vendor relationships, optimizing inventory and warehouse processes, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across systems and workflows. The Director will also build and lead operations teams, mentor staff, and establish scalable processes to support expansion in existing and new markets.Qualifications Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement methodologies.Experience with supply chain, procurement, and logistics management, ideally within beverage, CPG, or manufacturing environments.Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams, with effective people management, coaching, and performance management skills.Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and data-driven decision making using operational and financial metrics.Familiarity with quality assurance, compliance, and safety standards relevant to food and beverage production and packaging.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners.Comfort with technology and systems, including ERP or inventory management platforms and basic data analysis tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.Several years of progressive operations leadership experience, including responsibility for P&L or significant departmental budgets.Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA, with a hands-on approach in production and warehouse environments.
