Akkodis is seeking a Director of Operations for a Fulltime position with a client located in Syracuse, NY.Salary Range: $150,000 to $155,000/ Year(The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)Title: Director of OperationsLocation: Syracuse, NYSummary: The Director of Operations will serve as a player-coach and operational leader, partnering closely with the President and leadership team to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. They will help strengthen the organization’s culture and values through leadership, transparency, and performance. The Director of Operations will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, helping to shape the Company's operational strategy, organizational development, capital investments, and long-term growth plans.
