FluidSecure builds connected fuel-management technology for fleets, distributors, municipalities, and commercial customers across the United States.We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead daily execution in Tallahassee and help build the operating systems required to support our next stage of growth.FluidSecure is a fast-growing technology company building one of the most innovative and practical solutions in industrial fleet fuel management. Our platform combines connected hardware, cloud software, and real-time operational data to help customers control fueling, reduce loss, and run more efficient operations.Location: Tallahassee, FL | Full-time | On-SiteWhat you will ownOwn the day-to-day operating environment in Tallahassee, including facilities, office systems, equipment, supplies, access, employee onboarding, and vendor servicesBuild clear accountability across production, fulfillment, inventory, purchasing coordination – working with Production Supervisor and team leads to ensure:Inventory accuracy, reorder discipline, supplier follow-up, and component availabilityProduction capacity, order priorities, shipment readiness, fulfillment quality, and vendor coordinationBuild practical dashboards and operating metrics across production, fulfillment, inventory, customer handoffs, and business operationsEstablish regular operating reviews, identify missed targets, determine root causes, and drive corrective actionEnsure teams use agreed processes, maintain clean data, and follow through on commitmentsOversee accounting workflow inputs, including purchasing, invoicing support, timekeeping, payroll inputs, AP/AR coordination, and close readinessPartner with the Head of Finance on cost visibility, budget adherence, and operating performance analysisCoordinate with engineering on product changes, manufacturing readiness, quality issues, and vendor requirementsCoordinate with customer experience on customer commitments, fulfillment timing, onboarding readiness, and handoffsIdentify and implement practical automation, AI tools, and process improvements that increase speed, visibility, accuracy, and organizational efficiencyWhat we are looking forExperience leading operations, production, fulfillment, supply chain, or business operations in a growing companyStrong numerical judgment and comfort managing through metricsDemonstrated ability to build practical systems, dashboards, operating cadences, and accountabilityExperience leading across functions, including production, finance, customer experience, vendors, and engineeringComfort in a hands-on environment where the work is not fully defined and improvement is expectedStrong communication, follow-through, and practical problem-solvingFamiliarity with inventory, purchasing, production scheduling, fulfillment, and basic accounting workflowsComfort using modern software, automation, and AI tools to improve executionThis is an opportunity to become a central operating leader in a growing technology company with a differentiated product and a meaningful customer base.You will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team, with real visibility into the full business.
