Director of Operations - Veterinary Imaging Reporting to a senior strategic leader, you will oversee key operational functions, including:PACS and RIS operationsCustomer service deliveryOperational and risk-management processesManagement and development of a small operations teamBuilding scalable processes as the business continues to growBusiness development and core finance responsibilities sit elsewhere in the leadership team.What we’re looking for Senior operations experience at Director or VP levelVeterinary industry experience is essentialStrong preference for experience in veterinary radiology, diagnostic imaging, tele-radiology, PACS, or RIS environmentsDemonstrated responsibility for operational teams and service deliveryComfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth, remote environmentEager, open-minded, collaborative, and high-integrity approachLocation and travel Fully remote, US-based roleCandidates located near a major airport are preferredMinimal travel expected, generally under 20%Compensation Total compensation in the range of $150,000–$200,000, depending on experienceBenefits include medical, dental, 401(k) with employer match, and performance-based bonus opportunityThis position is anticipated to become a priority as the company’s growth continues.
