This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves managing overall company performance, setting long-term goals, and ensuring that projects and services meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. The Owner will handle key financial decisions, budgeting, and resource allocation, while monitoring cash flow, profitability, and risk. Daily responsibilities include guiding senior staff, reviewing operational reports, engaging with clients and partners, negotiating major contracts, and building new business opportunities. The role also requires establishing policies, nurturing a positive workplace culture, representing the company in industry forums, and driving continuous improvement in processes and technology adoption.QualificationsStrong business leadership abilities, including strategic planning, decision-making, and organizational management.Proven experience in operations management, preferably within industrial, engineering, energy, or hydro-related sectors.Sound financial acumen, with skills in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and risk management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and teams.Ability to build and mentor teams, create clear performance expectations, and foster a collaborative and ethical work environment.Familiarity with regulatory standards, safety practices, and compliance requirements relevant to industrial and infrastructure projects.Comfort with data-driven decision-making and openness to adopting new technologies and digital tools for operational efficiency.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience in entrepreneurship or senior leadership may be considered.
