Director of Operations

Our client is a $10B+ global multi-strategy hedge fund with a highly established platform and ambitious plans for continued growth.The firm is looking for a buy-side Operations Director to play a key role in the next stage of the platform’s development. This is a high-visibility position working directly with Portfolio Managers, business heads and senior stakeholders, with genuine ownership across both middle and back-office operations.The role spans core fund operations across multiple strategies and asset classes, alongside responsibility for improving processes, strengthening controls and developing scalable infrastructure.
