We currently support a high-volume eCommerce supplement business shipping approximately 100,000 orders per month and are actively expanding into additional brands and categories.We are entering a major growth phase, including transitioning into a new warehouse facility, expanding operational capabilities, and building the infrastructure needed to scale efficiently over the coming years.We’re looking for a high-level operator to partner directly with the founder and help lead the next chapter of growth.The RoleWe are looking for a strategic operator who can help run and scale the business alongside the founder — someone equally comfortable discussing operational strategy, financial performance, labor planning, and warehouse execution.The Director of Operations will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the business while helping build the systems, processes, leadership structure, and financial discipline needed to scale.This person will oversee day-to-day fulfillment operations through warehouse leadership while maintaining a strong pulse on the floor and helping guide major operational and business decisions.
What You’ll Do
Partner directly with the founder on operational strategy, planning, and business decision-makingHelp manage and review operational P&Ls, contribution margins, labor costs, and overall business performanceLead operational planning and execution during our upcoming warehouse transition and future scaling initiativesHelp oversee warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and staffingBuild scalable systems, workflows, SOPs, and operational infrastructureDrive labor planning and workforce efficiency while maintaining service levels and operational qualityMonitor and improve KPIs across fulfillment speed, accuracy, inventory integrity, labor efficiency, and cost performanceIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve scalability and profitabilityPartner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and brand teams to support client growth and onboardingOwn operational reporting and help establish forecasting and planning processes across the businessHelp shape the long-term operational vision and growth strategy of the companyWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of operations, logistics, fulfillment, warehouse, or supply chain leadership experienceExperience leading high-volume operational teams in fast-paced environmentsStrong business and financial acumen with experience managing operational budgets, labor costs, or P&LsProven ability to build systems and improve operational performance in scaling businessesExperience managing hourly warehouse labor and operational leadership teamsStrong analytical and decision-making skillsAbility to operate both strategically and tactically depending on business needsComfortable working in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments with evolving prioritiesStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityExcellent communication and leadership skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation package ranging from $150,000 - $175,000 annually based on experienceOpportunity to play a major leadership role in a rapidly growing businessHigh ownership and direct exposure to company strategy and decision-makingFast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with significant growth opportunityHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPTO and company holidays
