Our client is hiring a Director of Operations to take on day‑to‑day operational leadership and support the company’s next stage of growth. This role will oversee office and field teams across Texas, drive operational performance, strengthen processes, and build scalable infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, an entrepreneurial mindset, and comfort leading in a growing, evolving environment. As the organization expands, this position may grow into a broader executive‑level role.

Responsibilities

Operational ownership — Assume increasing day‑to‑day operational responsibilities currently managed by the owner.Team leadership — Lead, coach, mentor, and develop office and field employees while strengthening emerging leaders.Structure & accountability — Build greater operational structure, processes, and visibility as the organization grows.Resource & workflow management — Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow, and priorities across multiple markets and service divisions.Employee support — Ensure employees feel supported, valued, respected, and appropriately held accountable.Quality & customer experience — Maintain responsiveness, service quality, and customer experience while scaling.Performance metrics — Improve visibility into operational and financial performance through meaningful metrics and reporting.Strategic partnership — Partner with ownership on organizational planning, leadership development, and long‑term growth initiatives.Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000Variable Compensation: To be determined401(k)Cell phone reimbursementReimbursement and company cardHealth & Dental InsurancePaid time off
