Director of Operations High-End Restaurant Group | Field-BasedLos Angeles, CA$150,000 to $175,000 + Bonus & BenefitsWe’re partnered with a high-end, high-volume restaurant group looking for a Director of Operations to oversee a portfolio of 3–4 exceptional restaurant properties across Los Angeles.This is a true field leadership role. You will not be sitting at Head Office - you’ll be in the restaurants, working directly with General Managers and leadership teams to drive performance, standards, culture, and guest experience.The portfolio includes some serious volume, with the largest location generating $30M+ annually and the smallest generating approximately $15M. The operation also has a significant events component, making experience in high-volume, premium hospitality essential.Our client is offering relocation support for the right candidate – must have full working rights for the USA and ideally have worked in the LA market before.What You’ll Be DoingOversee day-to-day operations across 3–4 high-end restaurant propertiesDivide your time between locations and remain highly visible in the fieldLead, coach, and develop General Managers and senior leadership teamsDrive operational performance across high-volume restaurantsMaintain exceptional service, hospitality, and brand standardsOversee financial performance, labor, sales, and operational KPIsSupport and drive large-scale events and special programmingAct as a hands-on resource for the teams in the restaurantsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience overseeing high-volume, multi-unit restaurant operationsExperience with restaurants generating $20M+ in annual revenueStrong background in luxury/upscale hospitalityProven leadership of multiple General Managers and senior operatorsSignificant events and large-volume service experienceStrong financial and operational acumenHighly polished, hands-on, and guest-focusedStrong knowledge of California labor lawsComfortable spending the majority of your time in the fieldSomeone who thrives in fast-paced, complex hospitality environments
