About the Role

We're seeking a Director of Operations to oversee the administrative responsibilities of our marinas; including revenue management, CapEx initiatives, hiring and training, departmental oversight, controlling expenses, customer service and contract management. You will guide budgets and forecasting, inventory, pricing, and COGS. You will also establish consistent standard operating procedures, KPIs, and tracking tools across all properties. You will be responsible for the overall success of all properties in our portfolio, including storage revenue, service, fuel sales, boat rentals, cabin/condo rentals, and retail. This position oversees our team of Regional Managers (who oversee multiple GMs at typically 4-8 properties) and reports to the COO, with high visibility to our Co-Founders.

Qualifications
