Practices are equipped with advanced 3-D imaging and digital scanning technologies, supported by a team of experienced clinical experts committed to accuracy, innovation, and patient-focused service.Role Description The Director of Operations is a full-time, hybrid position based in Yorktown Heights, NY, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role oversees daily operational performance across multiple dental centers, ensuring efficient workflows, consistent application of policies, and alignment with organizational standards for clinical and administrative excellence. Responsibilities include managing budgets and resource allocation, monitoring key operational metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance patient experience, staff productivity, and financial outcomes. The Director of Operations will lead and mentor practice managers and office teams, coordinate cross-location initiatives, and collaborate closely with clinical leadership to support high-quality care. The role also involves developing and refining operational strategies, ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including multi-site coordination, process optimization, and policy implementation.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret financial and operational data, track KPIs, and make data-informed decisions.Candidates should possess effective Team Management capabilities, such as leadership, coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.Candidates should possess Budgeting experience, including planning, forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation across multiple locations.Candidates should possess a high level of Customer Service focus, with the ability to support patient-centered operations and service quality standards.Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in healthcare or dental practice operations, familiarity with digital dentistry technologies, and knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees or relevant certifications in operations or management are a plus.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
