Location: Elkhart, Indiana*Optional housing is available as part of the compensation package for those who desire it.Position summary: The Operations Director oversees the day-to-day operational needs of Lifeline Youth Ministries.

This position supports staff, leadership, and partners through effective HR processes, organization, communication, policy implementation, and facility operations. The Operations Director helps ensure that Lifeline's systems run smoothly and that staff have the support and resources they need to effectively serve students.Key ResponsibilitiesWork alongside the executive director to execute the strategic planOversee daily organizational operationsManage staff onboarding, records, policies, and other HR needsOversee facilities, maintenance, vendors, and building needsManage organizational systems, forms, supplies, and documentationAssist with budgeting, purchasing, and financial processesProvide logistical support for programs, events, and staff needsCommunicate important operational information to staffIdentify problems and create systems to improve how Lifeline operatesOversee Hub scheduling, security, billing, & general maintenanceQualificationsCommitment to Lifeline's mission and valuesEvidence of strong faith + character Strong organizational and communication skillsReliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow throughAbility to manage multiple responsibilitiesStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in Human Resources and/or Operations is required
