About UsSignature Wealth Advisors is a Forbes-recognized, independent wealth management firm serving successful families, business owners, and high-achieving professionals.With ~800 households and ~$600M+ in assets, our firm has grown organically through a commitment to comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and insurance and risk strategies.As we continue to scale, we are seeking a high-capacity Director of Operations / Integrator to serve as the operational counterpart to the CEO and help build the infrastructure, accountability, and operating discipline required for our next phase of growth.The OpportunityThis is not an administrative Practice Manager position. This role is for a proven leader and operator who wants ownership of people, execution, accountability, and operational performance.The Director of Operations / Integrator will lead the day-to-day organization, translate the CEO’s vision and strategic priorities into execution, drive accountability across the team, and build the people, processes, systems, and operating rhythm required to scale the firm.The ideal relationship is clear: the CEO owns vision, relationships, growth, and strategy; the Integrator owns execution, people, accountability, and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership, People & Accountability• Lead, manage, and hold operations and service team members accountable• Establish clear roles, expectations, ownership, and performance standards• Coach and develop team members; address performance issues directly and promptly• Help ensure the right people are in the right seats• Own organizational structure, capacity planning, and hiring coordination• Serve as the primary operational escalation point so the CEO is not managing day-to-day staff issuesEOS / Operating Rhythm• Own implementation and ongoing execution of EOS / Traction operating principles• Run effective weekly Level 10 leadership and team meetings• Own the Scorecard, Rocks, Issues List, To-Dos, and accountability rhythm• Translate strategic priorities into clear quarterly and annual execution plans• Identify, discuss, and solve cross-functional issues before they reach the CEOWorkflow & Operations Oversight• Ensure client service, onboarding, new business, and operational tasks are completed efficiently and accurately• Monitor follow-ups and outstanding items; reduce bottlenecks and improve turnaround times• Create visibility into workload, service standards, capacity, and operational risk• Break down silos across financial planning, wealth management, investments, insurance, and administrationClient Experience, Process & Technology• Standardize meeting preparation, follow-up, and client service processes• Document and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions• Optimize CRM (Wealthbox), custodial platforms (NFS / Investor360), planning and portfolio tools, and related systems• Drive thoughtful automation, integration, and technology adoptionReporting & Performance• Build and maintain meaningful operational scorecards and KPIs• Track workflow completion, service timelines, team performance, errors, and outstanding items• Provide the CEO with clear visibility into operational performance, risks, and prioritiesWhat Success Looks Like | First 6–12 Months• CEO is no longer managing day-to-day staff or serving as the default operational escalation point• A consistent EOS-style operating rhythm is established and maintained• Team accountability, communication, and follow-through significantly improve• Fewer operational errors, missed follow-ups, and bottlenecks• Clear ownership exists across roles, workflows, and responsibilities• Leadership issues are identified and resolved quickly• Scalable systems, SOPs, metrics, and infrastructure are in place to support continued growthIdeal CandidateExperience• 7–15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience• Experience leading teams, managing performance, and owning business operations• Wealth management, RIA, financial services, family office, accounting, legal, or other high-touch professional services experience preferred• Prior experience implementing or operating within EOS / Traction or a similar operating system strongly preferred• Demonstrated success improving workflows, accountability, and organizational performanceLeadership Profile• Proven operator who naturally turns vision into execution• Strong people manager who is comfortable with accountability and difficult conversations• Highly organized, process-oriented, and metrics-driven• Decisive, proactive, and solutions-oriented• Comfortable challenging assumptions and respectfully telling the CEO “no” when necessary• High standards, strong follow-through, and a low need for day-to-day direction• Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, evolving entrepreneurial firm• Technology-forward and interested in using automation and AI to improve efficiencyCompensation• Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000• Annual Performance Incentive: 15% – 25%• Target Total Compensation: approximately $140,000 – $185,000+• Long-term compensation growth aligned with firm growth and expanded leadership responsibilityWhy This Role MattersThis role is critical to the future of the firm.
