Company DescriptionCompany has over 70 years of industry experience!Stable company with many long-tenured employeesSpecializes in products for multiple industries!Will Relo!!Job DescriptionProvide overall management and coordination of production operations within an investment casting environmentDrive performance excellence by establishing and monitoring KPIs and key operational metricsLead continuous improvement initiatives across front-end and back-end manufacturing operationsDirectly oversee 9 direct reports including Front End/Back End Manufacturing Managers and 7 Production SupervisorsManage a team of 200-250 indirect reports across plant operationsKey Requirements BS in Engineering or Business-related degree required5-7+ years of progressive Manufacturing Management and Operations leadership experienceDemonstrated P&L ownership for manufacturing operations of $50M+ with 200+ employee workforceProven strategic and data-driven leadership capabilitiesDirect experience in Aerospace or Automotive metals forming including casting, forging, heat treating, and super alloys
