This is an on-site leadership position for someone who enjoys being closely connected to their pharmacy team, operations, and customers.Note: Candidates must hold an active Connecticut Pharmacist license in good standing and have 5+ years of pharmacy experience. Confidential Employer.Job DescriptionLead all day to day pharmacy operations while ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant medication services.Manage, coach, and support pharmacy staff while creating a collaborative, accountable, high performing environment.Maintain pharmacy compliance, quality standards, dispensing accuracy, and effective medication management processes.Build strong relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, customers, and internal teams.Oversee workflow, staffing, inventory management, cost controls, and operational performance.Use sound clinical judgment and critical thinking to resolve pharmacy, patient care, and operational issues.Help identify opportunities to strengthen processes, customer service, efficiency, and pharmacy performance.QualificationsActive Connecticut Pharmacist license in good standing.5+ years of pharmacy experience.BS in Pharmacy required.
