You will help create a consistent clinical practice model, strengthen pharmacist performance, and ensure patients receive safe, high-quality support throughout their treatment journeys.What You’ll DoLead, develop and oversee specialty pharmacists across on-site and remote operationsManage hiring, training, performance, staffing and succession planningStandardize clinical workflows, documentation and pharmacy best practicesStrengthen patient education, medication safety and therapy supportMonitor clinical quality, dispensing accuracy, productivity and patient satisfactionMaintain regulatory, payer and accreditation complianceLead audits, corrective actions and quality-improvement initiativesSupport REMS, limited-distribution and manufacturer programsCollaborate across fulfillment, operations, nursing and patient-access teamsContribute to specialty pharmacy strategy and growthWhat You BringBS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited institutionActive, unrestricted pharmacist license10+ years of pharmacy experience, including specialty pharmacy5+ years of pharmacy leadership experienceExperience leading on-site and remote pharmacy teamsKnowledge of specialty pharmacy clinical services, accreditation and regulationsFamiliarity with REMS and limited-distribution requirementsStrong leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsWillingness to obtain additional state licensesA relevant master’s degree and existing multistate pharmacist licensure are preferred.
