Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct HireSummaryOur client, a national home infusion pharmacy, is seeking a Director of Operations to lead a growing home infusion operation in Oklahoma City.

This role oversees pharmacy and broader branch operations, including nursing, intake, revenue management, and business development.What You'll Do Lead day-to-day branch and pharmacy operations Manage and develop a growing team Oversee sterile compounding, pharmacy workflow, quality, and regulatory compliance Monitor operational and financial performance, including P&L results Partner with nursing, intake, sales, and corporate leadership to support patient care and branch growthWhat You Bring Active Oklahoma pharmacist license BS in Pharmacy required; PharmD or MS preferred Direct home infusion experience Strong acute-care or hospital pharmacy experience Sterile compounding and IV therapy knowledge Pharmacy management or leadership experience Knowledge of pharmacy compliance, accreditation, and quality standardsCompensation And Benefits $150,000–$180,000 base salary + retention bonus eligibility Benefits starting Day 1 401(k) with 4% company match and no waiting or vesting period PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability,
