Director of Procurement and Supply Chain

Thank you.Looking for a Director of Procurement and Supply Chain to lead sourcing, supplier strategy, and end-to-end supply chain for an outdoor retail business selling through wholesale, specialty, and direct-to-consumer channels.MUST HAVES:

• 10+ years in procurement and supply chain, including 3+ years leading a team.
• Retail outdoor industry experience is required — outdoor, active lifestyle, sporting goods, orspecialty retail. Sourcing product sold through retail and DTC channels.
• Proven ownership of major category spend with documented savings and margin impact.
• Direct management of overseas supplier and factory networks, plus international logistics,tariffs, and trade compliance.
• Bachelor's degree required. MBA, CPSM, or CSCP preferred.
