As a member of the TrussPoint corporate leadership team, you'll have a seat at the table as we shape how our organization grows. You'll work directly with senior leaders across TrussPoint and our operating companies to build a procurement strategy that captures the power of our combined scale while preserving what makes our local businesses successful.This position is being recruited now for a planned January 2027 start date.The OpportunityTrussPoint is growing through acquisitions and greenfield expansion, creating an opportunity to build a procurement function designed for where the company is going, not simply inherit one built for where it has been.The Director of Procurement will have the opportunity to:Help shape the future of TrussPoint as part of the corporate leadership team.Have a meaningful seat at the table on decisions affecting purchasing strategy, profitability, growth, and integration.Build an enterprise procurement strategy across multiple operating companies.Create scalable processes and programs that can support future acquisitions and new markets.Partner directly with operating company presidents, general managers, operations leaders, and finance leadership.Deliver measurable impact to gross margin and EBITDA through purchasing leverage, supplier strategy, rebates, and operational improvements.What You'll OwnYou'll lead procurement strategy across the TrussPoint platform, including:Enterprise strategic sourcing and procurement strategy.Negotiation of national, regional, and local supplier agreements, including multi-million-dollar agreements.Vendor consolidation, volume discounts, rebate programs, and preferred supplier relationships.Procurement savings and EBITDA improvement initiatives.Spend analysis, procurement KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement.Procurement integration of newly acquired businesses.Purchasing governance, policies, processes, and controls.Supplier performance and supply-chain risk management.Inventory and working-capital improvement initiatives.Strategic partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, fleet and equipment providers, technology vendors, and other key suppliers.The role will balance the benefits of centralized purchasing power with the operational needs and entrepreneurial culture of our local operating companies.What We're Looking For8–10+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing experience.Demonstrated success negotiating multi-million-dollar supplier agreements.Experience driving measurable savings, margin improvement, or other financial results through procurement.Experience supporting multiple locations, business units, or operating companies strongly preferred.Experience in construction, roofing, building products, home services, distribution, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.Private equity-backed and/or M&A integration experience is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field.MBA and/or professional procurement certification such as CPSM, CPM, CSCP, or APICS preferred.Strong executive presence and the ability to influence leaders across an organization without relying solely on direct authority.Location & TravelThis is a full-time, in-office position based at TrussPoint's corporate office in Brentwood, Tennessee. Travel of approximately 25–50% is expected to TrussPoint operating companies and other business locations.Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated base salary range is $155,000–$175,000, based on experience and qualifications.We are targeting candidates with approximately 8–10 years of relevant experience within this range.
