Director of Procurement

Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturing organization in Waukesha, WI with their search for a Procurement Director. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity supporting purchasing and supplier management across multiple facilities within a growing organization. Compensation is targeted at $120,000–$125,000 per year, with possible flexibility based on experience and qualifications.RESPONSIBILITIESOversee purchasing and procurement activities across multiple manufacturing facilitiesManage supplier relationships, pricing negotiations, and vendor agreementsIdentify cost savings opportunities and improve purchasing processesPartner with operations, engineering, and finance on purchasing needsProvide guidance and oversight to purchasing team membersMonitor supplier performance, pricing, quality, and deliverySupport improvements to procurement reporting, systems, and proceduresREQUIREMENTS7+ years of procurement, purchasing, or sourcing experience within manufacturing industryPrevious procurement or purchasing leadership experienceExperience managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and cost savings initiativesMulti-site or multi-location experience preferredStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel; ERP experience preferred
