Director of Product Development

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Director to lead the development, management, and growth of digital platforms.The ideal candidate will drive digital product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative, scalable, and customer-centric digital solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital product strategy, vision, and roadmap.* Lead and oversee the development and optimization of digital platforms.* Drive digital transformation initiatives and product innovation.* Collaborate with Technology, UX/UI, Operations, and Business teams to ensure successful product delivery.* Monitor product performance, user experience, and business impact through defined KPIs.* Identify opportunities to enhance digital capabilities, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.* Lead and develop high-performing product management teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in digital products, platforms, or product management.* Proven experience leading enterprise-level digital platforms and product strategies.* Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.* Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
