Define the Organization’s procurement strategy for materials in line with the business strategy.Survey the environment to keep abreast of trends and best practices in material usage and management in the Real Estate industry, nationally and internationally; Develop appropriate strategies to address / incorporate the same.Lead the development and management of a global vendor database; Periodically update the same through continuous research and market scanning.Provide functional guidance to ensure standardization of purchase practices across the organization.
