The company partners closely with architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure the right materials, methods, and solutions are delivered with precision.This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly experienced, values-driven organization that prioritizes strong relationships, safety, accountability, collaboration, and a competitive drive to lead the industry.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain to lead procurement, materials management, vendor partnerships, fleet, equipment, warehouse operations, and logistics across restoration and waterproofing projects.This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who knows how to build scalable purchasing and supply chain systems in a fast-moving construction environment. The Director will play a critical role in ensuring that specialty materials, tools, equipment, and logistics are aligned to support safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.The right candidate will bring deep construction supply chain experience, strong vendor negotiation skills, operational discipline, and the ability to build processes that support growth, cost control, project execution, and long-term operational excellence.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute a scalable supply chain strategy for restoration, concrete repair, masonry, structural rehabilitation, and waterproofing projects.Lead procurement, vendor management, pricing negotiations, and supplier relationships for specialty construction materials.Forecast material needs, manage long-lead items, reduce supply chain risk, and help prevent project delays.Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control across multiple locations, delivery sequencing, logistics, fleet, equipment, and tool management.Standardize purchasing workflows, QA/QC documentation, batch tracking, material playbooks, and procurement systems.Partner with Operations, Estimating, Project Management, Field Leadership, Safety, Engineering, and Finance to improve project execution and cost control.Lead, mentor, and develop procurement and logistics teams while establishing KPIs, accountability, and best practices.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of supply chain, logistics, procurement, or materials management experience in restoration, concrete repair, masonry, specialty trades, or construction.Strong knowledge of restoration materials, manufacturer systems, construction standards, and specialty products.Experience with ERP or construction management systems such as Acumatica, Procore, CMiC, Viewpoint, or similar platforms.Familiarity with ICRI repair guidelines, ASTM standards, historic preservation requirements, and material compatibility principles.Strong vendor negotiation, cost-control, leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.A hands-on, process-driven leadership style with the ability to build scalable systems and support operational excellence.
