قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the Role:AJEX Logistics is looking for a Director of Quality& Compliance to lead our Quality, Compliance, and Process function. This role owns the company's quality management system, ensures regulatory compliance across our logistics operations, and drives continuous process standardization and improvement. You will lead a team of three professionals while remaining actively involved in day-to-day quality, audit, and compliance work.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quality, Compliance, and Process professionals, including regular team reviews.Own and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS), including SOPs, work instructions, and forms, ensuring alignment with applicable local and international standards.Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to logistics and distribution operations, including EU GDP, SFDA GSDP, and ISO 9001.Personally plan and conduct internal audits on a regular basis, including written audit reports.Prepare for and personally lead external audits (customers, SFDA, other authorities), ensuring documentation readiness and timely response to findings.Manage the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) process end to end, including root cause analysis and effectiveness verification, and remain personally involved in operational CAPA and deviation cases.Oversee change control processes for operational and quality related changes, including risk assessment and approval decisions.Standardize and document core operational processes (SOPs) across departments.Review and follow up validation, maintenance, and calibration processes for quality relevant equipment and assets, including transport and storage.Oversee the release process for incoming shipments in line with defined quality criteria.Manage supplier and customer qualification and periodic re-qualification, including Quality Agreements.Design and deliver quality, compliance, and process training programs across the organization.Monitor relevant regulatory developments (EU GDP, SFDA GSDP, ISO 9001, and related requirements) and translate them into concrete actions.Report quality, compliance, and process KPIs regularly to senior management, and drive a structured improvement plan.Requirements:10+ years of relevant experience in logistics, land transport, cold chain distribution, pharmaceutical distribution, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Solid working knowledge of EU GDP, SFDA GSDP, ISO 9001, and related regulatory requirements.Proven experience building or significantly improving a Quality Management System in a regulated operational environment.Proven experience conducting internal and external audits.Strong knowledge of CAPA processes and change control.Experience with supplier and customer qualification and Quality Agreements.Strong hands-on mentality and willingness to remain actively involved in operational quality work.Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively across Operations, Sales, and senior leadership.Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
