The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, feasibility, design, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of real estate development projects from concept to completionConduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modelingIdentify and evaluate new development opportunities and investment prospectsManage project budgets, timelines, and overall performanceCoordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authoritiesEnsure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and approvalsOversee design development, value engineering, and project optimizationMonitor project risks and implement mitigation strategiesPrepare and present development reports to senior management and stakeholdersBuild and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s preferred)Minimum 12–15 years of experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market and regulatory environmentProven track record of delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projectsExpertise in project management, feasibility analysis, and financial planningStrong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Skills:Experience working with developers, investment firms, or large real estate groupsKnowledge of FIDIC contracts and project delivery frameworksProficiency in real estate financial modeling and development strategies📧 Apply: ahmed.linkedincv@gmail.com or share references
