Director of Recruiting

My client is an 80-person, boutique advisory shop, servicing clients nationally. The role reports directly to the CEO, and the new hire will oversee recruiting efforts and outcomes across the firm. For those not based in the northeast, there will be a 15-20% travel requirement to offices in that region.The firm supports entrepreneurs, small to midsize, family officers and high network individuals. There are various lines of accounting/tax/finance support verticals within the firm.Key focus of the role:being a hands-on leader who can build/scale a recruiting platform with the firm's objective in mindrelationship building with candidates and other stakeholders within the firmidentify, recruit and engage with professional resources and build such pipelinecoach and manage recruiting coordinators who will report to youtransition from a pre-dominate agency heavy model to one which is referral based/direct sourcing/pipeline basedAll in compensation between 175k-250k, depending on location, experience, qualification and skill set.Required:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics10- 15 years of recruiting experience, within accounting, finance, tax (this function is key, and unfortunately not negotiable) Exposure in building, scaling, developing the recruiting function and platformStrong relationship building and leadership skillsLocations: NYC, Philadelphia, Miami, Chicago and Dallas
