Director of Recruiting

Our client is a Professional Services / Financial Advisory firm and they are looking to hire a Recruiting Director. They are operating in a hybrid model of 4x on site.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end recruiting from candidate engagement through close, ensuring quality and consistencyBuild relationship-driven pipelines and recruit high-caliber professionals aligned with the firm's cultureBuild and scale direct sourcing (market mapping, targeted outreach) while reducing agency relianceOwn recruiting metrics: pipeline strength, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and hiring effectivenessStandardize processes and implement structured tracking, reporting, and data-driven insightsDevelop and coach recruiting coordinator(s) and drive accountability across all stakeholdersEnsure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experienceQualifications:Bachelor's degree8+ years of recruiting experience in professional servicesMust have at least 3 years of recruiting experience at an accounting/tax firm Proven success recruiting across leadership, advisory, business development, and operational rolesStrong understanding of financial advisory, accounting, and tax talent marketsTrack record of reducing agency reliance through internal recruiting capabilitiesData-driven with strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated leadership: setting expectations, driving accountability, developing teamsSuperior communication and relationship-building skills, able to influence senior leadersExperience with Workday Recruiting, CRM systems, and Microsoft OfficeMinimum 15% travel; ability to work extended hours including nights/weekends as neededThe salary range for this role is $130,000-$175,000, + bonus, commensurate with experience.
