Director of Revenue Accounting

Role Description This full-time, on-site VP of Operations role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The VP of Operations oversees daily business operations, ensuring efficient workflows, consistent service delivery, and alignment with organizational goals. This role leads cross-functional teams, implements operational policies and procedures, and monitors performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. The VP of Operations collaborates with executive leadership on strategic planning, supports P&L management, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role also focuses on enhancing customer experience, maintaining high service standards, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills to optimize processes, resources, and performance across the organization.Candidates should possess proven P&L Management experience to oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability.Candidates should possess Customer Service expertise to uphold high service standards and improve client satisfaction.Candidates should possess Strategic Planning skills to define operational priorities, set objectives, and support long-term growth.Candidates should possess Project Management skills to lead complex initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.Extensive leadership experience in senior operations roles, preferably within a multi-site or regional environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in using data and KPIs to guide actions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.Experience working in or with organizations in the Middle East region is beneficial.
