Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Director of RCM (must be West Coast based or willing to relocate)Novaris Search is currently partnered with an established, growing Ophthalmology group in the US in the search for a strong Director of RCM. They will direct end-to-end revenue cycle operations, overseeing claims management, accounts receivable, payment processing, and patient financial services to optimize reimbursement, improve cash flow, and drive operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect day-to-day operations of revenue cycle and business office teams.Present operational performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives to leadership stakeholders.Monitor payment and receivables trends, implementing corrective actions to improve performance.Prioritize and deploy resources to resolve aged accounts, denials, appeals, and payment variances.Ensure accurate and timely claim submission and processing.Ensure system configurations and workflows comply with payer requirements and industry standards.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent revenue cycle leadership experience considered.Professional coding or revenue cycle certification preferred.Prior experience leading teams within healthcare revenue cycle operations..
