Sales will be conducted through direct reach out and sales channels development and management. This role requires a hunter mentality and strong channel leadership capabilities.RESPONSIBILITIES:Direct sales through identification of the key accounts and stakeholders that are targeted for existing productsCustomer engagement on new opportunities that have high growth potentialDrive development teams to focus on products that generate sustainable value to customers and growthManage a network of independent sales representativesBuild strong relationships to ensure alignment with company goals and product offeringsProvide ongoing support, coaching, and performance feedbackIdentify gaps in market coverage and establish new sales channelsExpand presence in underrepresented regions through strategic outreachStrengthen existing partnerships to maximize revenue opportunitiesGenerate new business in territories without active repsEngage directly with customers to uncover needs and deliver tailored solutionsConvert opportunities into long-term revenue streamsMarket Intelligence & InsightsGather competitive insights and customer feedback from the fieldShare actionable information with leadership, engineering, and operationsContribute to go-to-market strategy and product positioningAccountable for Sales growth and new accounts acquisitionPartner with marketing to refine messaging and campaignsSupport trade shows, events, and customer engagement initiativesProvide field insights to improve lead generation effortsAlign sales efforts with production capabilitiesEnsure consistent business flow to manufacturing plantsCollaborate cross-functionally to meet customer expectationsBACKGROUND PROFILE:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Technical knowledge is a strong plus, especially in Chemistry5–10+ years of experience in semiconductor, channel sales, field sales, or business developmentSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based roleDemonstrated success managing independent sales representatives or distributor networksExperience in technical, industrial, or manufacturing environments strongly preferredProven track record of developing new territories and growing revenueExperience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and engineering teams. Ability to navigate between company capabilities and customer demandStrategic thought leader than is accountable for short and long term performanceStrong relationship-building and influencing skillsAbility and willingness to travel 30–50% of the timeRegular travel to customer sites, partner locations, and industry eventsOccasional visits to manufacturing facilities to align sales efforts with production
