Director of Sales | Home Services

A growing residential home services company in the Tampa area is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and scale its sales organization.This individual will be responsible for sales leadership, recruiting and developing the team, implementing scalable processes, improving conversion, and building the infrastructure needed to support continued growth.What We’re Looking For:Proven sales leadership experience within home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home improvement, or a related industryExperience leading and developing residential/in-home sales teamsStrong background in sales process, training, KPIs, forecasting, and accountabilityTrack record of scaling sales teams and driving measurable revenue growthHands-on leader who can lead from the front and build a high-performance cultureExperience within a high-growth organization strongly preferredBased in or willing to relocate to the Tampa areaThis is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in scaling a growing home services business through its next stage of growth.Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus.
