Director of Guard Operations3D Security Services Group, a division of Triskelion Group of New Mexico, is seeking a proven operational leader to serve as our Director of Guard Operations.We are not looking for someone to simply manage a guard force. We are looking for someone who can lead one.The Director of Guard Operations is responsible for the overall performance of our guard operations, including personnel leadership, subordinate supervisor development, staffing, client relationships, contract performance, quality control, compliance, resource management, and operational readiness.The right person will be comfortable making decisions, solving problems, holding people accountable, developing leaders, and operating with a high degree of independence.Key responsibilities include:Lead security officers and subordinate supervisors across multiple client locationsDevelop supervisors and future company leadersMaintain staffing, scheduling, and operational readinessManage overtime and labor utilizationEnsure contract requirements and company standards are consistently metConduct operational oversight, inspections, and quality-control activitiesManage employee performance and accountabilityMaintain strong relationships with clientsRespond to significant incidents and operational problemsSupport new contract start-ups and transitionsManage vehicles, equipment, and operational resourcesIdentify problems early and develop practical solutionsBalance operational requirements with cost, efficiency, and profitabilityWork directly with company executive leadership on operational priorities and continued growthWe are interested in candidates with significant leadership experience in military, law enforcement, security, protective services, or other comparable operational environments.Private-security experience is valuable, but it is not required.
