Director of Security

A leading organization in Qatar is seeking an experienced Director, Security to lead and strengthen its enterprise-wide security function. This strategic leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing integrated security frameworks, safeguarding critical assets, ensuring business resilience, and maintaining a secure environment across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the organization's security strategy, policies, and governance framework.Oversee physical security operations, risk assessments, investigations, and incident response activities.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, legal, and security requirements.Develop crisis management, business continuity, and emergency response preparedness plans.Manage relationships with government authorities, law enforcement agencies, and key stakeholders.Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing security teams.Identify emerging threats and implement proactive risk mitigation measures.Drive a culture of security awareness and operational excellence across the organization.Ideal Candidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
