You will:Own the cascading of KPIs and performance metrics across all divisions, ensuring strategic alignment from the CEO's office down through the organizationPartner closely with the Corporate Performance and EPMO functions, as well as cross-functional leadership, to translate strategy into executionEngage directly with the CEO, C-suite, and external consultants on strategic planning and organizational prioritiesBuild and establish a new team and department structure over the coming monthsAct as a trusted advisor across seven chief-level stakeholders and senior leadership on strategic direction and performanceWhat We're Looking For10–15 years of experience, with a strong foundation in strategic management consulting (Big 3/Big 4 or equivalent)Direct experience within real estate or a comparable regulated, large-scale sector in Saudi ArabiaA track record of stakeholder management at the most senior levels, including CEO and board-level engagementSaudi national strongly preferredA dynamic, hands-on operator comfortable building a function from scratch, not just managing an established oneWhy This RoleThis is a genuinely senior, high-visibility mandate at a pivotal moment for the organization, with direct CEO access and a mandate to shape how the entire enterprise measures and delivers on strategy.
