Director of Studies

We are looking for a Director of Studies (DoS) to join our team in Palu.As DoS, you will work closely with the Center Director to support the academic goals of the centre, develop and support teachers, and ensure smooth academic operations.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the academic goals and KPIs of the centreGuiding and mentoring teachersCoordinating class schedules and academic activitiesLeading teacher training and developmentConducting teacher induction, observation, and performance evaluationSupporting student placement, demo lessons, and teacher coordinationWorking closely with the Sales and Service teamsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in any fieldMinimum 5 years of English teaching experienceExperience teaching learners aged 3–18Experience in teacher training, mentoring, or academic coordination is a plusIndonesian CitizenWilling to relocate to PaluIf you are an experienced English teacher ready to take the next step into academic leadership, we’d love to hear from you.Apply through LinkedIn or send your CV to palu@english1.com
