Operating as a pivotal leader within a 388-bed Primary Stroke Center, you will hold executive accountability over the Operating Room footprint, steering clinical governance, resource utilization, and surgical service expansion alongside high-performing surgical teams.The Tactical ScopeHigh-Acuity Perioperative Command: Direct daily and long-range operational execution across 12 high-volume OR suites spanning Open Heart, Spine, Orthopedics, Neurology, and General Surgery.Robotic Center of Excellence: Leverage an advanced surgical robotics fleet (4 DaVinci systems including DV5, XI, and SP; 2 Mako; 2 Globus; 1 Rosa) to maximize surgical throughput, surgeon adoption, and patient recovery metrics.Team Leadership & Architecture: Lead 50–55 FTEs with the direct assistance of a dedicated OR Manager, building high-retention onboarding, staff development, and clinical accountability standards.Surgeon Alignment & Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with elite surgical specialists and hospital senior leadership to enhance block utilization, reduce turnaround times, and onboard high-demand service lines.Fiscal & Regulatory Stewardship: Own capital equipment allocation, surgical supply chain optimization, labor management, and continuous regulatory compliance across all state and national bodies.The DNA of an Operational LeadRequired Licensure & Education: Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license (or approved multi-state compact license upon start).
