Director of Talent Acquisition

Barza Consulting is hiring on behalf of a prestigious family office conglomerate in Dubai for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and shape the organisation’s talent acquisition strategy.This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced TA professional who can build high-performing teams, attract exceptional talent, and partner closely with senior leadership across the organisation.Responsibilities:• Lead and define the overall Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives• Build and strengthen talent pipelines across investment, corporate and specialist functions• Lead executive search and senior-level hiring for critical positions• Partner with C-suite and senior stakeholders on workforce and talent requirements• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and strengthen employer branding• Establish robust recruitment processes, governance and talent analytics• Lead, mentor and develop the Talent Acquisition team• Drive proactive market mapping and talent intelligence across local and international marketsRequirements:• 12+ years of Talent Acquisition / Executive Search experience, with significant leadership exposure• Proven experience hiring senior leadership and specialist talent• Experience within a family office, private equity, investment firm, financial services organisation or similarly high-calibre environment is highly preferred• Strong understanding of the UAE and international talent markets• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and highly strategic searches• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at C-suite level• Experience building or transforming Talent Acquisition functions and teams• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant professional qualifications are an advantageIf you are a strategic Talent Acquisition leader ready to take ownership of talent strategy within a highly prestigious family office, we would love to hear from you.
