Director of Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and people-focused Director of Talent Acquisition to lead enterprise-wide recruiting efforts for a growing professional services organization. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this leadership role will oversee both Experienced Hire and Campus Recruiting teams while driving innovative talent acquisition strategies that support current and future business growth.As a key member of the People leadership team, you will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top-tier talent across multiple business functions and locations.What You'll DoDevelop and execute a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy that strengthens the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and selection through onboarding and talent pipeline development.Design and implement innovative sourcing approaches to identify and attract high-caliber candidates through social media, talent mapping, networking, employee referrals, job boards, university partnerships, career fairs, and other recruitment channels.Build and maintain deep market intelligence on the accounting, advisory, and professional services talent landscape across the United States.Partner closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and deliver strategic workforce planning solutions aligned with organizational goals.Establish a data-driven recruitment function by leveraging metrics and analytics to measure hiring effectiveness, including quality of hire, diversity, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, turnover, competitive hiring trends, and new hire engagement.Champion proactive and direct sourcing strategies to attract top-performing professionals in a highly competitive market.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters supporting both experienced and campus hiring initiatives.Foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, collaboration, and exceptional candidate experience across the recruitment team.Ensure recruitment processes, practices, and technologies support operational excellence and business growth objectives.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree required.Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience within a professional services environment.Experience recruiting for accounting, advisory, consulting, or related professional services organizations strongly preferred.Demonstrated success leading recruiting teams and managing complex talent acquisition projects.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.Exceptional customer service orientation and commitment to delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Compensation: USD 200,000 - 230,000 per annumHow to applyIf you are interested in discussing this role further, please apply for the position or contact Shagun Sharma at ss@elliottscotthr.com (Job Code - SS/81796).If you require any adjustments, accommodation, or additional support during the recruitment process, please do not hesitate to let us know.
