This strategic leadership role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing enterprise talent acquisition strategies while leading a high-performing field recruiting team.This position partners closely with executive leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives, workforce planning, and organizational growth. The Director of Talent Acquisition will oversee recruiting operations, talent acquisition technology, reporting, recruiter performance, employer branding, and process optimization while delivering an exceptional candidate experience across the organization.The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiting leader with extensive experience leading healthcare recruiting teams, developing scalable recruiting operations, and leveraging recruiting analytics to improve hiring performance. This role requires an executive presence, polished communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition StrategyDevelop and execute enterprise talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce planning and organizational objectives.Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring demand and develop scalable recruiting solutions.Advise leadership on labor market trends, competitive intelligence, recruiting best practices, and talent acquisition innovations.Establish recruiting KPIs and performance metrics to support data-driven hiring decisions and continuous improvement.Recruiting Operations & LeadershipLead and develop a team of six field recruiters, with responsibility for future team growth as the organization expands.Recruit, hire, onboard, mentor, coach, and develop recruiting team members while fostering a high-performance, accountable culture.Establish recruiter performance expectations, evaluate productivity, provide coaching, and address performance gaps when necessary.Drive continuous improvement across sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding partnerships.Build scalable recruiting operations, workflows, and best practices that support organizational growth.Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) functionality, recruiting technologies, job boards, and sourcing platforms to improve efficiency and candidate experience.Recruiting Analytics & ReportingDevelop executive dashboards, recruiting scorecards, workforce analytics, and leadership presentations.Build advanced Microsoft Excel reports utilizing pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, and data visualization.Monitor recruiter productivity, hiring metrics, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and overall recruiting performance.Forecast hiring demand, recruiter capacity, and workforce planning needs.Identify bottlenecks throughout the recruiting process and implement process improvements.Measure the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of recruiting tools, job boards, and sourcing strategies.Improve ATS data quality, workflow automation, reporting accuracy, and recruiting system utilization.Present recruiting metrics, strategic insights, and hiring recommendations to executive leadership.Business PartnershipCollaborate with Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, and executive leadership to support enterprise hiring initiatives.Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders while serving as a strategic talent advisor.Partner with Marketing to strengthen the employer brand and improve candidate attraction strategies.Navigate complex stakeholder relationships while driving alignment and execution across the organization.ComplianceEnsure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, company policies, and recruiting best practices.Maintain consistency, accuracy, and integrity throughout the recruitment lifecycle.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.Eight or more years of progressive talent acquisition experience.Five or more years of experience leading and developing recruiting teams.Experience leading teams of six or more recruiters is preferred.Healthcare recruiting experience is required.Experience recruiting patient-facing clinical professionals is required.Experience recruiting within behavioral health, post-acute care, or other patient care environments is strongly preferred.Post-acute care recruiting experience is highly desirable, including behavioral health, skilled nursing, inpatient rehabilitation, long-term acute care (LTAC), long-term care, home health, hospice, or similar healthcare settings.Demonstrated success leading recruiting operations in a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare organization.Experience developing recruiting strategies, workforce planning initiatives, and scalable talent acquisition processes.Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
