With headcount approaching 1,000 and a largely field-based, traveling installation workforce, the company is seeking an experienced talent acquisition leader to build and own its recruiting function.The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter turned TA leader who has supported a skilled-trades field workforce and brings deep recruiting operations expertise. This person is highly organized, self-directed, and ready to take full ownership of strategy, process, and tools. Material handling experience is a plus but not required.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full talent acquisition function, including strategy, process, and day-to-day executionBuild a headcount and labor capacity planning process in partnership with operations leadership and salesShift recruiting from reactive to proactive by building pipelines for high-volume field installer roles across multiple divisionsManage the talent acquisition budget, including spend on sourcing tools and technologyLead the selection and implementation of a dedicated ATS, integrated with the company's HRISEvaluate and deploy modern sourcing tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to keep the team lean and efficientHire, lead, and develop a high-volume recruiter as the first direct reportSet clear expectations and communication cadences with hiring leaders across the organizationTravel periodically between the Salt Lake City and Dallas officesQualificationsHands-on recruiting experience with a track record of filling roles, plus experience setting talent acquisition strategyExperience recruiting for or supporting a skilled-trades or field-based workforce preferredStrong recruiting operations background, including process design, tools, reporting, and workforce planningAbility to work autonomously as an organized, accountable owner of the functionIn-house, RPO, or search firm leadership backgrounds are welcomeATS or HRIS implementation experience is a plusBilingual in English and Spanish is a plusCompensationBase Salary: $135,000–$155,000, commensurate with experienceHenry North, on behalf of the hiring company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
